Before we begin weekly or bi-weekly cleaning, all homes must first receive a Typhoon Clean (our deep cleaning service) unless they’ve been professionally cleaned within the past 90 days by a reputable cleaning company.
This ensures your home is brought up to a professional standard we can maintain moving forward. Our regular cleaning service is not designed to remove buildup or address neglected areas. It’s a maintenance clean for already-clean homes.
Regular Cleaning Includes:
- Vacuuming and Mopping: All floors throughout the house.
- Surface Wiping: Wiping down countertops, kitchen surfaces, and light cleaning of appliances.
- Bathroom Maintenance: Cleaning toilets, sinks, and wiping down showers and mirrors.
- Dusting: Light dusting of furniture, window sills, and fixtures.
- Trash Removal: Emptying all trash bins in living areas and bathrooms.
Deep Cleaning Service
Our Deep Cleaning Service, also called a Typhoon Clean, is required before we begin any recurring service unless your home has been professionally maintained within the last 90 days.

Dusting and wiping down doors, ledges, and fixtures throughout the home.
Cabinets and Appliances
Inside and outside cleaning of cabinets, as well as cleaning major appliances like ovens, refrigerators (exterior), and dishwashers.
Blinds and Shutters
Thorough cleaning of blinds and shutters, including dusting and wiping down all surfaces. Removes accumulated dirt, dust, and allergens for a polished and refreshed look.
Baseboards and Floors
Detailed vacuuming, mopping, and scrubbing of all floors, with special attention to baseboards.
Bathrooms
Scrubbing and disinfecting of toilets, showers, bathtubs, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures.
Kitchen
Detailed cleaning of countertops, sinks, and the exterior of appliances, with options for inside oven and refrigerator cleaning.
