At Cyclone Cleaning, we deeply value your time and business. So to maintain reliable and efficient service for all of our clients, we have updated our cancellation policy, effective immediately.

Cancellation Policy Highlights:

24-Hour Notice Required

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your scheduled cleaning service.

Late Cancellation Fee

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $75 cancellation fee.

Skipped Weeks Fee for Ongoing Clients

For clients on a regular cleaning schedule, skipping more than one week of service will result in a $25 fee per additional skipped week. This helps account for the extra cleaning time needed after extended gaps between visits.

Our Guarantee:

If Cyclone Cleaning needs to cancel your service, there will be no charge for your next scheduled cleaning.
